Q. FTP using Windows Explorer
A. You can FTP and easily transfer files from/to your Windows computer and your account in our servers by using the following:
ftp://user@yourdomain.com
or using your ip address
ftp://user@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
(please remember to replace [user], [yourdomain.com] or [XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX] with the corresponding values.
After hitting enter Windows explorer will show a requester with your user already inserted and expecting your password. After logging in you can drag and drop files from/to the server.
Remember to only change files inside the 'public_html' directory. Deleting files/directories outside 'public_html' will probably cripple your account and produce data loss. Re-building your directory structure will incur fees not covered in our standard support.
